Intellectual property in your input content and in AI-generated results is governed by Section 5 of the User Agreement; the limits of AI-generated output are set out in Section 8.1:

Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Intellectual property in the images and other input content you upload remains with you or the original rights holder. You grant us the non-exclusive processing and usage rights necessary to provide the Service (including providing the content to AI model providers for analysis and generation).

5.2 Subject to the User Agreement and applicable law, you own the usage rights to the renderings generated through the Service (“Generated Content”). You are solely responsible for how you use Generated Content and for the legal consequences arising from such use.

5.3 The software, interface, trademarks and other technical achievements of the Service belong to us or the respective rights holders. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or otherwise infringe the above rights.

AI-Generated Results

8.1 Results generated by the Service are produced automatically by artificial intelligence models and are for design reference only. They do not constitute professional advice or commercial promises of any kind. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, usability, legality and compliance of the results.
