The Myriact service operator (“we” / “us”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and will protect it in accordance with applicable laws. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use Myriact AI Design Studio (the “Service”), and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information: information you provide during registration and login, including your email address and nickname.

1.2 Content you provide: the images you upload, the prompts and product descriptions you input, and the corresponding AI-generated results.

1.3 Usage information: records of your use of the Service, including features used, number of generations, credit consumption, subscription status and order information.

1.4 Device and log information: to ensure the security and proper operation of the Service, we may collect device model, operating system, browser type, IP address, access time and other log information.

1.5 Payment information: your payment information (such as bank cards or payment accounts) is collected and processed directly by third-party payment service providers (such as Stripe). We only retain payment results and transaction records and do not access your complete payment credentials.

2. How We Use Information

2.1 To provide, maintain and improve the Service, including: creating and managing your account, executing generation tasks, settling credit and subscription fees, and handling your requests and after-sales matters.

2.2 To ensure security: detecting and preventing fraud, abuse and illegal conduct, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users and us.

2.3 To improve the product: analyzing service usage in a statistical and de-identified manner to improve model performance and user experience.

2.4 To fulfil legal obligations: retaining necessary transaction and log records in accordance with law and cooperating with lawful requests of competent authorities.

3. Sharing and Entrusted Processing

3.1 We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share or entrust processing only in the following circumstances:

• AI model providers: to enable generation features, your uploaded images and prompts are provided to AI model service providers for processing;
• Payment service providers: to complete payment and refunds, necessary transaction information is provided to payment service providers;
• Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by laws, regulations or judicial procedures;
• Other circumstances with your consent.

3.2 We require the above third parties by contract to adopt protective measures no less stringent than this Policy and to process the relevant information only within the authorized scope.

4. Storage and Retention

4.1 Your information is stored on servers located in China or overseas, operated by us or our entrusted providers. Because AI model providers may be located overseas, the content you upload may be transferred overseas for processing in order to provide generation features.

4.2 We retain your information only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy; beyond that period, we will delete or anonymize it, unless otherwise required by law.

4.3 After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with law, except where retention is required by law.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

To ensure the proper operation of the Service, we may use cookies or browser local storage to record your login status, language preferences, theme preferences, etc. You can manage or clear such data through your browser settings, which may affect some features.

6. Information Security

6.1 We adopt reasonable technical and management measures, such as encrypted transmission and access control, to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss.

6.2 Despite our best efforts, no internet environment is absolutely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will notify you in accordance with law and take remedial measures.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access and correct your account information;
• Delete your personal information where permitted by law;
• Withdraw consent for processing activities based on consent (without affecting processing already carried out);
• Delete your account at any time; upon deletion we will process your information in accordance with law.

You may exercise the above rights through the customer service channels published within the Service. We will respond within the statutory period after verifying your identity.

8. Protection of Minors

The Service is intended for users with full civil capacity. Minors under the age of eighteen should use the Service under the guidance of a guardian, who should read and agree to this Policy.

9. Cross-border Data Transfers

As described above, to provide AI generation features, the content you upload may be transferred to overseas AI model providers for processing. We will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable law to ensure your information receives equivalent protection during the transfer.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the Service; material changes will be brought to your attention by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
